During our Spring Break trip to Wyoming last month, we stayed at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole.
The Four Seasons Jackson Hole is a luxury hotel with 124 guest rooms and suites. This hotel is regarded as one of the best ski-hotels in the country and we were glad to witness it in all of its glory.
Location – The hotel is centrally located within Teton Village and is a 20-25 minute drive from the the airport (JAC). The hotel is literally at the base of the mountains, offering the perfect ski-in/out situation.
Customer Service – The service at the hotel is beyond exceptional. This hotel offers high-end hospitality – more than you can even imagine. We never wanted for anything and everyone seemed to be on a mission to make our stay “perfect.” We were always addressed by our names, including George, every time we encountered hotel staff. The staff also really went above and beyond for George, including gifting him with a stuffed bear and providing toddler sized slippers, a robe, and an Elmo stepping stool in our bathroom.
Accommodations – We stayed in a Resort-View Room at the hotel.
Our large room had a very comfortable king bed, two leather lounge chairs and an ottoman, a desk and chair, a fireplace, a small bar area, and a balcony.
The over-sized master bathroom had an over-sized shower, a generous bathtub, water closet, and double vanities.
There was also ample closet space for our luggage, coats, carry-on bags, etc.
Amenities – The hotel offers far more amenities than we used during our stay. The hotel features many lounging areas, shops for souvenirs and high-end luxury items, both a casual and high-end restaurant, a pool, a bar, a fitness center, a spa, a ski shop, ski school, and lots, lots more. The hotel also lets kids under 5 eat free in any of its dining spaces.
Member Recognition – Although there is no official recognition program for the Four Seasons brand, we sure felt like top-tier members and would visit again without hesitation.
