Runner’s World has come up with a really great fitness challenge — the RW Summer Running Streak 2012!
The parameters of the Challenge are easy:
– Run at least one mile per day, every day, starting on Memorial Day (Monday, 5/28) and ending on Independence Day (Wednesday, 7/4).
Yes, that’s 38 consecutive days of running. I’ll be taking on the challenge — join me!
