Good News!

Good Morning! I have 3 pieces of good news to report! :mrgreen:

1. I did all of my workouts last week and feel great.  I’m a little sore from yesterday’s long run (incline!), but no broken bones or pulled muscles to report. I am also happy that I kept my running schedule despite my travel schedule.

2. I am working from home all week! Although I have a lot on my “to-do” list, I will be able to do it all from the comfort of my house. Fortunately, I have a friend to keep me company.

3. Being at home means I get to have homemade meals when I feel like it! Needless to say, I am looking forward to spending time in the kitchen. I kicked things off with a cherry-grapefruit-orange-lemon juice this morning.

So delicious.  How about you? Anything exciting going on this week?
