Fitness Update: 8/7-8/13

 Here’s the breakdown of what I did this week:

  • Sunday: Rest
  • Monday: 5 mile run + Boot Camp + Insanity + 3 mile walk
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run + Insanity
  • Wednesday: 3.1 mile run + Insanity
  • Thursday:  Insanity
  • Friday: 4 mile run + Insanity
  • Saturday:  4 mile run + Insanity

What a week! In addition to running 20.1 miles, walking 3 miles, attending a session of Boot Camp and doing 6 sessions of Insanity, I also spent a lot of time on my feet for work.  My right heel is really bothering me and I hope the pain goes away soon.  With official half marathon training beginning in 9 days, I do not have time for this!
