Fitness Update: 7/31-8/6

  • Sunday: Rest
  • Monday: 3 mile run (speed work) + Boot Camp + Insanity
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run + Insanity
  • Wednesday: 3 mile run (speed work) + Boot Camp + Insanity
  • Thursday: 6 mile run + Insanity + 3 mile walk
  • Friday: 4 mile run + Insanity + Boot Camp
  • Saturday: 4 mile run + Insanity

This week I ran 24 miles, walked 3 miles, went to Boot Camp 3 times and did 6 Insanity workouts.  These workouts + a demanding work week + sleepy Shelly.  Time for a nap!
