Fitness Update: 6/26-7/2

This week I was in Houston, Austin and Phoenix. Whew! Here’s the breakdown of what I did this week:

  • Sunday: 5 mile run
  • Monday: 6 mile run
  • Tuesday: 6 mile run
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: 6 mile run
  • Friday:  REST
  • Saturday: 5 mile run

This week I ran 28 miles. For the month of June, I:

  • ran  99 miles;
  • walked 45 miles; and
  • did a 90 minute bike ride

My June goal was to run 130 miles during the month and I came up short. 31 miles to be exact! 😦 However, I know this was in part because of the fabulous vacation that John and I took, and my unwillingness to add on running miles to the walking miles that we accumulated sightseeing in Italy.  Oh well…99 miles isn’t too shabby!
