Fitness Update: 6/5-6/11

I was on vacation during this week…but kept moving moving! During this week I ran 3 and walked 33 miles. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Sunday:  5 mile walk in Naples/Positano
  • Monday: 5 mile walk in Positano
  • Tuesday: 3 mile run in Positano
  • Wednesday: 9 mile walk (includes hiking distance)
  • Thursday: 4 mile walk (Capri & Rome)
  • Friday: 7 mile walk (Rome)
  • Saturday: 3 mile walk (Rome/airports)
