Fitness Update: 4/3-4/9

Here’s what I did this week (FYI: my weeks run Sunday to Saturday):

  • Sunday: R-E-S-T Day!
  • Monday: 4 mile run & Kate’s FI Work-Out
  • Tuesday: 3 mile run (speedwork) + 1 mile walk (cooldown) + 3 mile walk (evening)
  • Wednesday: 3 mile run (speedwork) + personal training session+ 15 minutes on eliptical + 2 mile walk
  • Thursday:  R-E-S-T Day (Hello, Soreness)!
  • Friday:  Yoga (60 minute class at 24 Hour Fitness)
  • Saturday: Bellaire Trolley Run 5K

All told, I ran 13.2 miles, walked 6  miles, and did 2 strength training sessions. Per last week, Sunday & Thursday were my rest days.
