RunChi – Week 17

Week 17 is OVER and I can’t believe it! 😯 This means the Chicago Marathon is One Week Away!

  • Monday – Cross Training (Walk – DC)
  • Tuesday – 4 mile run (treadmill-DC)
  • Wednesday –  5 mile run (treadmill-DC)
  • Thursday – 4 mile run
  • Friday –  Off
  • Saturday – Race for the Cure 5K
  • Sunday – 8 Mile Run

Keep your fingers crossed for awesome weather and injury free runs this week!
