Week 15 is going to seem pretty weak because I did my long today.
- Monday – Cross Training (5 mile walk with John – DC)
- Tuesday – 5 mile run (treadmill-DC)
- Wednesday – 8 mile run (DC)
- Thursday – 5 mile run (DC)
- Friday – Off
- Saturday – 5 mile run (treadmill-Houston)
- Sunday – 60 minutes on the elliptical
Training in DC was fun last week. The awesome weather made for some amazing runs. I can’t believe the marathon is less than 3 weeks away! Eek! 😳 Since time isn’t standing still I better get over it and get ready, right?!
