Week 14 – RunChi

Week 14 is going to seem kinda odd because I did my long yesterday.

  • Monday – Cross Training (45 minute walk – eliptical/45 minutes – bike)
  • Tuesday – 5 mile run(treadmill)
  • Wednesday – 8 mile run (treadmill)
  • Thursday – 5 mile run (treadmill)
  • Friday –  Off
  • Saturday – 4 miles – speedwork (treadmill)
  • Sunday – 5 mile walk

I hate to be a complainer, but training has been brutal this go round. Between hot and humid weather and my travel schedule, I have been such a mess. Getting it done, but wiped out. 😳 But, I am ready for 10.10.10.
