Week 13 – RunChi

 
  • Monday – Cross Training (45 minute walk – eliptical/45 minutes – bike)
  • Tuesday – 5 mile run(treadmill)
  • Wednesday – 8 mile run (treadmill)
  • Thursday – 5 mile run (treadmill)
  • Friday –  8 mile run (treadmill)
  • Saturday – Off
  • Sunday – Off

As you can see, I am still using the treadmill exclusively.  It is not my preference, but it is still doctor’s orders. Maybe that will change when the weather changes?
