Week 12 – RunChi Training

Week 12 was a step-back week. This is what Week 12 looked like:

  • Monday – Cross Training (45 minute walk – eliptical/45 minutes – bike)
  • Tuesday – 5 mile run(treadmill)
  • Wednesday – 8 mile run (OKC)
  • Thursday – 5 mile run (treadmill)
  • Friday – Off/Rest Day
  • Saturday – 8 mile run (treadmill)
  • Sunday – 13 mile run (treadmill – I know – BLAH)

As you can see, I am using the treadmill exclusively.  It is not my preference, but it is doctor’s orders. Oh well, at least I am getting it done and can enjoy the air-conditioning! :mrgreen:
