8 Mile Boost

Good Morning! Happy Saturday! :mrgreen: I started off the day with an early morning 8 mile run. I would be lying if I said it was easy – it was brutal.  Several times I felt like my heart was going to explode so I had to slow down. I don’t think an explosion would be a good thing, so slowing down was just fine by me. 😉 After a quick trip to the grocery store (which is an awesome way to cool down – by the way), I sat down to a healthy breakfast.

Oikos vanilla greek yogurt with cantaloupe, strawberries, chia and raw pumpkin seeds. Delicious! My parents are coming over for lunch so I’ve got to jet. Time to cook and clean! :mrgreen:
