Last night John prepared delicious salads for dinner. Specifically, steak salads!
As you know, John doesn’t cook very often so last night was a special night! 😉 In the salads:
- Flank Steak (seasoned with tequila lime dry rub from Whole Foods)
- Spring Mix lettuce
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes
- Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- Jalapeno-Stuffed Olives
- Tomato-Basil Feta Cheese (Fat-Free)
Holy Moly, our salads were delicious! Way to go, John! We also used this new (to us) salad dressing from Whole Foods.
It was very flavorful without being overpowering. I mean, call me crazy, but I like tasting the flavors of the lettuce when I eat salad! We also had sesame pita chips on the side for some additional crunch.
