Now that I am settled into the running aspect of my marathon training, I really need to step up the strength training portion of my training. You know what that means…August fitness challenge! 3 times a week (probably Monday, Wednesday and Friday) I am going to do my 400 Work Out. What’s that, you ask?
- 100 tricep presses (4 sets of 25 varying tricep presses)
- 100 push-ups (4 sets of 25 varying push-ups)
- 100 ab crunches ( 4 sets of 25 varying crunches)
- 100 leg exercises (lunges – 2 sets of 25, squats – 2 sets of 25)
