Luxury Day 8

I woke up with terrible sinus pressure this morning. Actually, I barely slept last night and spent most of the morning/afternoon trying to nap and relax.  I went to yoga at noon and it really helped to open up my sinuses, although it made me very tired afterwards (not usual). Sigh.  Tonight, however, I feel very well rested and ready for an evening of deep sleep.  Tomorrow is a new day! Good Night everyone! 😉
